How is remote viewing done?
The ability to collect information about something that is either located distantly or is unseen by making use of your telepathic ability or extra-sensory perception (ESP) is known as Remote Viewing. In 1974 parapsychologists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff introduced this term.
By doing remote viewing you get the ability in experiencing the greater reality. This form of psychic ability is very extensive among many people. Such people who are able to do this are referred to as remote viewers.
These people who have the capability of remote viewing are known as remote viewers and they have the capability to glimpse objects which are not situated near them. For doing this you need to close your eyes and keep focus on the object. Let us read further to understand how you can test your ability to do remote viewing.
You need to do a remote view to test you ability to be able to do this. You need to follow the details mentioned below and if you are able to sense, be acquainted with, or notice the targets with some steadiness, then you possess the ability to remote view.
Initially you will continue to hear noises, your breathe and so on. But is not something that cannot be achieved with practice. Once you are able to do this, relax and keep your eyes closed. An empty black window will now come into view which is the remote viewing window.
There should be images of different colors and shapes that will begin to appear. Remember these images are not known to you. You must not make any attempt to identify with the images of someone known to you as this will not help you in remote viewing. The images in remote viewing are absolutely unknown and blurred images.
Once you start receiving remote viewing images, do not make an effort to fill your imagination with something that you can identify with. Incase this happens, and then it is your mind who has made this. You need to practice for 5 minutes.
Goal identifiers will be attained one at a time, and these are associated with a unique snap. Keep your eyes closed and continue to relax yourself. You must speak aloud to yourself about the target identifiers. Keep yourself cam and wait for certain things to become visible such as touch, color, texture, and other visual details, emotions and temperature.
Only when there is formations of images done and formations of impressions taken place that the sketching of images should be done. You must also write down the details of the impressions. A minimum of 6-8 times this needs to be done for a single target and a minimum of 5 targets out of the total of 10 should be achieved. Do not forget to pen all the details down. This is an important step in remote viewing and will help you understand the image seen and viewed.
